There are 15 MLB games on FanDuel's Wednesday slate . The first games begin at 7:00pm  with the last one beginning at 10:15pm eastern. Please be sure to check your lineups and of course check the weather to make sure your players are actually playing tonight.

There are plenty of opportunities on Wednesday's slate and here's what I'm thinking about.

Pitching

We have some high end pitchers tonight like David Price, Jake Arrieta, Dallas Keuchel and Chris Archer to consider and we also have Gio Gonzalez, and Hisashi Iwakuma that fill out the second tier. Bartolo Colon and Jorge De La Rosa are also into consideration for Wednesday.

Jake Arrieta ($12,000) is also hotter than a firecracker striking out nearly 10 per nine with a xFIP of 1.85 over the last month against a Pirates team that has a 20 percent strikeout rate, wOBA of .339 and wRC+ of 111. Against righties Pittsburgh has a .314 wOBA and wRC+ of 99.

Price ($11,900) is a very good play tonight against the Braves. The Braves have been awful against lefties with a .287 wOBA and wRC+ of 78 against a pitcher who over the last 30 days is fanning just over 11 per nine with a .250 xFIP. There's a lot to like with David Price tonight.

Chris Archer ($11,900) has also been solid with nearly 12 strikeouts per nine with a 2.8 xFIP over the last 32.1 innings pitched against a Yankees team that has a wOBA of .321 and wRC+ of 102. The Yankees also strike out 19 percent of the time against righties and more importantly strike out just 18 percent of the time on the road.

Dallas Keuchel ($11,400) has practically owned the Rangers players over his career fanning 48 and allowing just 2 bombs in 212 at bats. Over his last 35 innings pitched Keuchal is fanning nearly 11 with a 2.41 xFIP while the Rangers just seem to struggle against lefties with a .308 wOBA and wRC+ of 88 against lefties this season.

Hisashi Iwakuma ($9,400) has been pretty solid and over his last 30 innings striking out nearly 8 per nine with a 3.85 xFIP facing an Angels team with a nearly 20 percent strikeout rate, .306 wOBA and wRC+ of 98 this season against righties.

Gio Gonzalez ($9,200) has been strong lately striking out almost 10 hitters per nine innings with a 3.97 xFIP against a Phillies team that over the month of September has a 24 percent strikeout rate, .296 wOBA and wRC+ of 84.

Bartolo Colon ($8,500) is having quite a month allowing just 2 earned runs over his last 31.2 innings pitched. 6.54 strikeouts per nine and a 3.33 xFIP are also a part of this and he'll face a Marlins team that is dead last this season against righties with a 19 percent strikeout rate to go along with a .291 wOBA and wRC+ of 80.

If you are interested in taking down a big tournament Jorge De La Rosa ($6,900) has been darn good over his last 31 innings striking out 8.42 per nine with a xFIP of 3.72. He's facing a Dodger team that have a 21 percent strikeout rate against lefties with a .329 wOBA and wRC+ of 110. It might be a bit risky but not many will be taking a chance on him that's for sure.

Stacking Opportunities for Wednesday

Minnesota Twins righthanded bats like Trevor Plouffe ($2,900), Aaron Hicks ($3,100), Kurt Suzuki ($2,400) and Brian Dozier ($3,000) are very economical stacking options against the Tigers.

Baltimore righthanded bats Adam Jones ($2,900), Nolan Reimold ($2,800) and Jonathan Schoop ($2,400) against Red Sox lefty Henry Owens should make a nice economical stack on Wednesday.

Value Picks for Wednesday

The Phillies Darin Ruf ($2,400) smashes lefties to the tune of a .435 wOBA and 178 wRC+. He'll be facing the Nationals Gio Gonzalez who has a road wOBA of .334 and xFIP of 3.97 against righties.

The Red Sox Travis Shaw ($2,900) has a favorable matchup with the Orioles Matt Wright. Lefties have a .446 wOBA at home against Wright and Shaw is rocking lefties at home with a .411 wOBA and wRC+ of 161.

Good luck tonight Fantasy Baseball owner!!
