Week 16 of the Fantasy Baseball season is coming to a close. If you need starting pitching this weekend you are in luck because I have options for you to consider.

Friday

Rubby De La Rosa and the Arizona Diamondbacks travel to Houston for a Friday night game against the Astros. Over his past 4 starts De La Rosa has posted a 4.18 ERA with 12 strikeouts, 10 walks and 6 bombs in 23 innings pitched. Fairly high 1.48 WHIP and extremely good .257 BABIP with a 6.61 FIP and much better 4.62 xFIP. Houston has a .244/.308/.430/.739 line with a 24 percent strikeout rate, .160 ISO, .262 BABIP, wOBA od .300 and wRC+ of 88 against righties. De La Rosa's numbers might be scary but he's won his last 2 starts and should be good for a pile of strikeouts on Friday night.

Saturday

Jorge De La Rosa and the Colorado Rockies visit St Louis for a Saturday evening game against the Cardinals. Over his past 4 starts De La Rosa has posted a 6.97 ERA with 22 strikeouts, 9 walks and 5 bombs in 20.2 innings pitched. 1.35 WHIP and .264 BABIP with a 5.53 FIP and much better 3.47 xFIP. He'll face a Cardinals team that slash a .231/.311/.349/.660 line with a 20 percent strikeout rate, .118 ISO, .297 BABIP, wOBA of .297 and wRC+ of 88 against lefties this season. Think strikeouts here and anything else is just gravy on Saturday with De La Rosa.

Aaron Nola and the Philadelphia Phillies travel to Atlanta for a Friday night contest with the Braves. Nola has only two starts this season and has posted an ERA of 3.29 with 12 strikeouts, 3 walks and three bombs over 13.2 innings pitched. Excellent 0.95 WHIP and .206 BABIP with a 4.82 FIP and much better 3.20 xFIP. The Braves at home slash a line of .257/.318/.371/.689 line with a 23 strikeout rate, .124 ISO, .271 BABIP .278 OBA and a wRC+ of 73. This could be a very good straight across the board opportunity on Friday night.

Joe Ross and the Washington Nationals have a Saturday evening game against the New York Mets. Over his past 4 starts Ross has a 2.75 ERA with 22 strikeouts, 2 walks and zero bombs in 19.2 innings pitched. Excellent 0.86 WHIP and .286 BABIP with a 2.10 FIP and xFIP of 2.58. He'll face a Mets team that slashes a .242/.306/.363/.669 line with a 21 percent strikeout rate, .115 ISO, .275 BABIP, .287 wOBA and a wRC+ of 82. The Mets are getting better offensively but should be no match for Ross on Saturday.

Sunday

Wade Miley and the Boston Red Sox host the Tampa Bay Rays in a Sunday afternoon contest. Over his past 4 starts Miley has posted a 3.60 ERA with 21 strikeouts, 9 walks and 2 bombs in 25 innings pitched. Good 1.12 WHIP and .246 BABIP with a 3.51 FIP and 3.70 xFIP. He'll ace a Rays offense slashing a .252/.321/.417/.738 line with a 20 percent strikeout rate, .123 ISO, .294 BABIP, .305 wOBA and wRC+ of 96 against lefties. This will be an interesting one but Miley probably won't hurt you too much on Sunday.

Robbie Ray and the Diamondbacks are in Houston for a Sunday afternoon game against the Astros. Over his past 4 starts Ray has posted a 2.96 ERA with 24 strikeouts, 6 walks and 1 bomb in 24.1 innings pitched. Good 1.19 WHIP and a tad high .314 BABIP but decent 2.37 FIP and workable 3.33 xFIP. Houston slashes a .238/.309/.406/.715 line with a 21 percent strikeout rate, .130 ISO, .320 BABIP, .316 wOBA and wRC+ of 100. This is another one that could go either way but Ray should be good for ERA, strikeouts and maybe a win on Sunday.

Good luck this weekend Fantasy Baseball owner!
