Streamer Report for Wednesday: Aaron Harang and Mike Leake

Ray offers you some options for streaming starters for Wednesday's games, including Aaron Harang and Mike Leake.

David Kohl-USA TODAY Sports

The Streamer Report provides you with daily starting pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.

Wednesday's Streamers

Aaron Harang, Phillies vs Cardinals

Harang is owned in 47% of leagues right now but faces a tough test on Wednesday night, facing the Cardinals on the road. I am going with Harang for two reasons: 1. he has pitched to a 2.79 ERA in three starts vs the Cardinals over the last few seasons, and 2. he is pitching well currently, owning a 2-1 record with a 1.37 ERA and 0.80 WHIP in 26.1 innings.

Mike Leake, Reds vs Brewers

Leake is owned in just around 11% of leagues right now and is coming off a 9 strikeout, 1 walk performance over 7 innings in his last start vs the Cubs. On Wednesday night, he faces the Brewers who are struggling out of the gate and rank 29th in runs scored through Sunday's games.
