Maryland Terrapins @ Michigan State Spartans (MSU -17.5) - Michigan State will be very hungry off the embarrassing game against the Cornhuskers, but they have only won one divisional game by more than 17 and it was due to Indiana mailing it in. Meanwhile, Maryland has only lost by more than 17 points to Ohio state in the conference.

Purdue Boilermakers @ Northwestern Wildcats (NW -13) - I have no idea how Purdue beat Nebraska two weeks ago but the Boilermakers are terrible this season. Northwestern has been falling apart the last 4 games with two loses and two narrow wins. They are a much different team now than they were earlier this year. They are 4-1 ATS vs. teams with a losing record so Wildcats cover the points.

Florida Gators @ South Carolina Gamecocks (Fla -7.5) - Florida had a close one against Vanderbilt but the Gamecocks won't keep it as close. Florida wins by 10.

Kansas Jayhawks @ TCU Horned Frogs (TCU -45) - Last year TCU lost and came out against Oklahoma State with a big 42-9 win (Cowboys were ranked 15th). TCU wins and covers.

Ohio State Buckeyes @ Illinois Illini (OSU -16.5) - JT Barrett back in the lineup means a good chance to cover the spread. They won each game he was in by over 16 points. Buckeyes cover.

NC State Wolfpack @ Florida State Seminoles (FSU -9.5) - Florida State wins but the Wolfpack keep it close. NC State with the points.

Wake Forest Demon Deacons @ Notre Dame Fighting Irish (ND -27) - Wake Forest lost by 36 to UNC and by 18 to NC State. When ND faces a real weak opponent they can pile it up (UMass win by 40). ND covers the points.

Alabama Crimson Tide @ Mississippi State Bulldogs (Ala -7) - Normally I would see a team like Alabama get surprised after such a big win but Sabban is too savvy to let that happen. Alabama wins and covers.

Michigan Wolverines @ Indiana Hoosiers (Mich -12.5) - Michigan is not the team they were just 4 weeks ago but neither is Indiana. Michigan covers with a two touchdown lead.

Clemson Tigers @ Syracuse Orange (Clem -26.5) - Clemson wins but Syracuse has kept every home game within 10 points, and that includes the likes of LSU and Pittsburgh. Syracuse with the points.

Oklahoma State Cowboys @ Iowa State Cyclones (Ok St. -14) - Covered 4 straight weeks, with them covering points until I see otherwise.

Western Carolina Catamounts @ Texas A&M Aggies (Push) - Not Ranked anymore but i'd be inclined to saw A&M covers.

Memphis Tigers @ Houston Cougars (Hou -6) - I really want to pick Memphis here but Houston might have the better offense. Houston covers by a touchdown.

Temple Owls @ South Florida Bulls (Tem -4) - Temple's last 4 wins have all come by at least 10 points. I think they win this game, I think they win by at least 4.

Arkansas Razorbacks @ LSU Tigers (LSU -8) - This sounds crazy but stay with me. Sure LSU lost handily and will be electric at home but - LSU wins but just barely. Arkansas's last 4 games: beat Ole Miss, beat UT Martin, beat Auburn and then go one more, lost by 13points to Alabama. I think they keep this within 8 points.

Oregon Ducks @ Stanford Cardinal (Stan -9) - Oregon is sneaking back into the spot light with 3 straight wins (and all covered the spread). I don't think they upset Stanford at home but I do take the Ducks with the points.

Oklahoma Sooners @ Baylor Bears (Bay -3) - End of the train for Baylor. A lot to overcome and teams have been starting to test weaknesses (the very few that exist). Baker Mayfield

Minnesota Golden Gophers @ Iowa Hawkeyes (Iowa -11.5) - Minnesota is still fighting hard. They took Michigan to the brink and held Ohio State scoreless until 5 minutes left in the first half.

Utah Utes @ Arizona Wildcats (Utah -5) - Every Utah win has been by at least 5 points. So if I think Utah will win..which I do, then they win by at least 7. Utah covers.

Washington State Cougars @ UCLA Bruins (UCLA -9.5) - UCLA beats Colorado at home by 3 then crushes Oregon State on the road after the Beavers battles Utah tight previous week. This is a tumultuous time of the season. Washington State has played Stanford and California (earlier when they were good) and kept those within 8points. UCLA wins but Cougars with the points.

NFL Thursday Game: Buffalo Bills @ New York Jets (NYJ -2.5) Straight: NYJ take advantage of the home field advantage and win. Spread: NYJ - Buffalo had the big win last week, they come down to earth in the divisional matchup on the road.
