Survivor options (up to 3 depending on who you have used):Favorite: Kansas City over the Bears. Three things to factor into this game 1. The Chiefs have a very difficult schedule. Their 3 loses are to teams who are a combined 12-0. 2. Arrowhead is one of the toughest places to come in and play for teams. 3. The Bears are shedding off pieces of their team, they seem to understand that this will not be their best year while the Chiefs look like they are in a dog fight to win each yard.
Next best chance: Washington at Atlanta. I'm a big believer in Atlanta, Kyle Shanahan is a magician as an offensive coordinator and with all of the talent on offense he's showing his skills to the world. Washington is better than people think but they thrive at home and looked like they struggled in their road matchup.
Finally - Patriots over Dallas. This should be a lock but something like this can be a trap for people. Dallas is without most of their best weapons and the Patriots are rolling through people.
Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore Ravens (Bal - 7)
Straight: Ravens will win.
Spread: Cleveland is in each of the last two games (lost by 7 to Oakland and 3 to San Diego). They are competitive in most of their games, they just lose at the end. I'll take Cleveland with the points.
New England Patriots @ Dallas Cowboys (NE - 10)
Straight: New England should win this matchup.
Spread: Dallas has only lost one game by over ten points, granted this is their best opponent yet but something tells me this is going to be closer than people think, take Dallas with the points.
Chicago Bears @ Kansas City Chiefs (KC - 10.5)
Straight: Kansas City will come out hungry in this matchup to get a win after some tough games.
Spread: After a win over an underrated Oakland team I think Chicago comes out lackluster and I'll take Chiefs with the points.
Seattle Seahawks @ Cincinnati Bengals (Cin -2.5)
Straight: Seattle struggles on the road, coupled with a controversial win on Monday, Cincy has the mental edge.
Spread: Cincinnati will pull it off by at least a field goal (maybe not much more though).
Washington Redskins @ Atlanta Falcons (Atl -8)
Straight: Atlanta will thrive at home where Matty Ice plays very well.
Spread: This is tricky, Atlanta is getting stronger and stronger, there should be one game of regression but will this be it? I take Atlanta to continue the trend for at least one more week and cover the points.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-2.5)
Straight: This is quite the toss up. Two terrible teams from last year, I'm leaning towards Jacksonville to rebound from the tough loss eager to get a second win of the season.
Spread: Given the straight pick, Jacksonville.
New Orleans Saints @ Philadelphia Eagles (Phi - 4.5)
Straight: Eagles. Saints are a mess right now.
Spread: I take Eagles for this given Chip Kelly's offensive nature, if they win I think it will be by a touchdown.
St. Louis Rams @ Green Bay Packers (GB - 10)
Straight: Packers stay undefeated, Rams won an exhausting fight last week and will be recouperating.
Spread: Packers - they've won each matchup by 10 and while the Rams are a competitive team they got crushed after their tough week 1 win.
Arizona Cardinals @ Detroit Lions (Ari -2.5)
Straight: Arizona will come out flying now that the pressure of the one loss is out of the way.
Spread: They will cover the spread with help from at least one pick 6 off Stafford.
