As we are now entering the fourth week of the season, we now enter the stage of bye weeks. This is key to remember, as you may not be limited in your options, and a good reminder that your lineup from last week may not be sufficient. I will list the teams who have a bye week this week just above the rankings, that way you can see which of your guys will not be playing this week. With six teams on bye this week, the rankings start to get a little thin as we make our way to a top 50. I usually advocate using a WR in your FLEX position, as they are consistent options you can rely on. This week I would tell you to take a look at your other options at RB, and maybe TE, and see which guy gives you the best chance for a solid performance. The bye weeks are the games you have to try and grind out victories in while your studs are sitting. Let us now dive into the comments and rankings for WR's in week 4.
Antonio Brown - He is a top 5 WR going forward, as he will rack up the yards for you, while also getting more redzone TD's than one would suspect. Goes up against the Bucs who were just ripped last week by the Falcons, so expect another monster performance.
Jeremy Maclin - The breakout from the first three weeks is completely legit, so he is in the conversation for top 15 rest of the way. This week the Eagles play the Giants, who have had a porous defense so far this year, so he has a 100 yard game with a TD almost locked up.
Julian Edelman - The only guy besides Gronkowski that you can trust on the Patriots. Edelman will continue to rack up the receptions, and in the process will accumulate yards. His chances of a TD are less than others, but the yardage upside is there.
Kelvin Benjamin - A guy who was touted as a raw prospect coming into the 2014 draft, has proved those experts wrong. Benjamin has looked like a more polished WR than most predicted, and it has helped him become a top 20 option at the position. For those of you who are thinking about selling high on Benjamin, don't do it, as this production will continue throughout the season.
Keenan Allen - Were it not for playing against the Jaguars, he would be ranked much lower. Even if he has a solid performance this week like I think, it's tough to see it continuing with the reemergence of Malcom Floyd as a deep threat.
Jordan Matthews - Had 2 TD's last week, but I want to see him become a consistent option in the loaded Eagles offense. If that happens, he will be ranked similarly to how Cooks will be ranked in future weeks.
Allen Robinson - This is the guy I think people need to keep an eye on. Lee is hurt, and Cecil Shorts has always had trouble staying healthy, so if it comes down to Robinson becoming the starter, he could be a useful FLEX play in the future.
