Jon Lester Moving Soon?
Well, it sure looks an awful lot like Red Sox' lefty Jon Lester will be on the move fairly soon at this rate. He was scheduled to start today for the Red Sox, but was scratched in favor of Brandon Workman. It remains to be seen whether or not the pitcher will make that start for the Red Sox or not, but it sure seems like it will be elsewhere. Rumored teams interested include the Marlins, Pirates, Cardinals, and Blue Jays, among others.

Could Jose Abreu Be A First Round Pick Next Season?
The White Sox' first baseman hit his 31st home run of the year last night, going 3 for 4 with 4 RBI as well. He's now right on the cusp of a .300 batting average (.299 after last night's game), and has 83 runs batted in as well. His pace should get him to 100-110 fairly easily at this point, and my question now is whether his being a first baseman only keeps him out of the first round for fantasy owners? A hitter at any position that hits .300 with 35+ home runs definitely enters the discussion.
Todd Frazier, 20-20 candidate?
The Reds' third baseman notched his 16th stolen base of the season last night against Arizona, and has already reached the first half of that number with 20 home runs on the year. To be honest, I had no idea that Frazier had been stealing any bases, let along that he was up to 16 already. It's easily the most of his career in the bigs, but he stole at least 12 three different times in the minors, so I'm inclined to believe it's possible he can repeat this next year.
Round 'em Up
Josh Hamilton had a big night against the Orioles, hitting his sixth home run, along with a double and a single. He's now hitting .293, and while it's been a lost year, there's still that potential in Hamilton to heat up and carry your team for a month at a time.
Marcus Stroman followed up his near no-hitter in his last start with another dominant outing last night. He struck out eight and allowed just one earned run en route to the victory. He's up to seven wins this year, and has lowered his ERA to 3.03.
J.P. Arencibia had a career night, hitting two home runs and driving in seven against the Yankees. All I can really tell you here is that I'd plug him in if you're desperate for production at catcher, and ride the hot streak until he stops hitting again.
Francisco Liriano had one of those performances that reminds you what made him a fantasy ace at one point, striking out 11 Giants over 7 innings last night. It's not going to happen every time out for him, but it is nice to see that it is still possible for him.
