Streamer Report: Thursday's Streaming Pitcher Options

Ray highlights some starting pitcher options that you should consider streaming on Thursday.

Sarah Glenn

The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.

Thursday's Streamers

Juan Nicasio, COL vs Marlins

Nicasio is owned in less than 1% of ESPN leagues, but gets the Marlins lineup that ranked last in runs scored in 2013. I his lone start vs Miami last season, he shut them out on two hits over seven innings, striking out nine and walking one.

Yordano Ventura, KC vs Tigers

This may be your last chance to add Ventura this season, as he had a terrific spring. He is owned in just 37.1% of ESPN leagues, but has the test of facing the Tigers on the road.

Jose Quintana, CHW vs Twins

Quintana was a favorite go to streamer last season, and we are going back to the well again today. He is owned in 3.6% of ESPN leagues, and faces a young Twins lineup on Thursday. Quintana went 2-1 with a 4.08 ERA in three starts vs the Twins last year with an 18-6 strikeout to walk rate in 17.2 innings.
