Week 14 PPR WR/TE Sleepers
As we enter week 14 in this NFL season, most fantasy league playoffs officially start in one week. Week 14 is a must win for a lot of fantasy owners out there. With it being late in the season, it is my job to find your fantasy team a potential spark that can lead your squad into the playoffs. Bye weeks are over but injuries are still a factor for a lot of fantasy owners. This could be your most important week so far this fantasy season. Don't miss your chance on making the playoffs!
Heading into week 14
All players on my list are owned in less than 35% of ESPN Leagues
Jarvis Landry - Wide Receiver - Miami Dolphins (32% owned)
Jarvis Landry continues his great season and will look to keep it going against a Baltimore Ravens defense. Yes, Ravens have a solid defense but Jarvis has been solid almost all year long. It truly amazes me that he is not owned in every fantasy league out there. With 27 catches and over 200 yards with 3 touchdowns in the past 4 weeks, how is he only owned in 32% of leagues? He is a solid low end wide receiver play for fantasy owners in most fantasy formats down the stretch and could become a higher wide receiver play in a lineup.
Greg Jennings - Wide Receiver - Minnesota Vikings (33.6% owned)
Don't we all remember the great Greg Jennings days when he was a Green Bay Packer? If you watch film on Greg, he certainly still has the route running ability and hands to be a solid wide receiver in the NFL. It just all matters how Teddy Bridgewater performs. Greg now has back to back games with a touchdown which is a very positive sign. He wll get a solid matchup this week against a New York Jets teams that continues to go down the drain this year. The Jets who are more of a run stop defense will most likely struggle to defend the pass. Look for Greg to be a solid start for you fantasy owners in the playoffs.
Vernon Davis - Tight End - San Francisco 49ers (35% owned)
Now who would've thought that VD would be considered a sleeper at all this season? A season with high hopes that lead to a bunch of disappointment since week 2 of the season, I believe this could be the breakout week for the elite tight end. He still has the great route running ability and his amazing speed. Facing a horrible Oakland Raiders defense, look for VD to finally get some points for you fantasy football owners. Raiders have been struggling most this year against tight ends as well and with the 49ers fighting for a playoff spot, look for them to target their reliable tight end over the past years. Give VD a look as I predict a very rewarding week for fantasy owners who give the former star a shot.
