Ricky's DFS 5-Pack Fantasy Sleepers for Week 12

Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome! I give you 5 guys who I think can give you the best bang for your buck in daily fantasy. I provide one player per position who I think fits the bill that you can use on the cheap to fill your daily rosters (I play on DraftKings and FanDuel, so that’s where my pricing will come from).

Colin Kaepernick vs. Washington Redskins (Draft Kings $6500, FanDuel $7300): Only Teddy Bridgewater has failed to throw for multiple touchdowns against this horrendous Redskins secondary over the last 8 weeks. Before you throw me off the ledge for suggesting Kaep, he has been a game manager over the past 3 weeks with 3 touchdowns and zero picks. I think they’ll open up the playbook and spread the offense out this week against a bad Redskins team.

C.J. Anderson vs. Miami Dolphins (DraftKings $6000, FanDuel $7200): The Dolphins have given up less than 64 yards and no touchdowns over the course of the last 3 games, so why do I like this matchup? Those games were against Brandon Oliver, Bryce Brown and a crappy Lions run game. Anderson’s value comes from catching the ball out of the backfield and with the Broncos dealing with injuries to a few of Peyton’s favorite weapons, Anderson will go bonkers.

Kenny Stills vs. Baltimore Ravens (DraftKings $4200, FanDuel $5900): This is the lock of the week for me. Brandon Cooks will miss the rest of the regular season with the hand injury and Stills is here to pick up the slack. Stills has averaged at least 4 targets in 4 straight games even with Cooks in the lineup, so without him we should see that number rise this week. The Ravens defense gives up a ton of big plays to opposing wideouts and they will this week as Stills finds the endzone for the 3rd time this year.

Austin Saferian-Jenkins vs. Chicago Bears (DraftKings $3000, FanDuel $5200): Like last week, I am using Rob Gronkowski in every possible lineup, but if you want to save some money at tight end, I’ve got a lower-end sleeper who could be a real value play. The Chicago Bears have given up 329 yards and 8 scores to opposing tight ends over the last 4 weeks. The Bucs were slinging the ball around last week and I expect them to continue that trend in week 12.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Tennessee Titans (DraftKings $3400, FanDuel $5100): The value on FanDuel this week is insane! Mettenberger has been sacked 7 times and thrown an interception in each game he has appeared in. The Eagles are going to play with a chip on the shoulder after the embarrassment they suffered last week.
