Week 11 D/ST Rankings

With the Jaguars and Jets on bye, the streaming choices are limited this week. The Steelers are coming off a disappointing game against the Jets, but now get the Titans, and there's a chance the Chargers or Redskins could be available since they were on bye last week.

A lot of these matchups aren't appealing, and in a few cases, the head-to-heads looked like coinflips to me. If you are stuck (this only helps if you're adding a defense), perhaps you may want to look ahead to next week as a tiebreaker. The Chiefs play the Raiders next week, the Colts get the Jaguars, the Eagles play the Titans, and Packers the Vikings.

Two Matchups to Play

Washington Redskins vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

He was okay last week, but Josh McCown isn't a scary quarterback. If the Redskins can jump out to an early lead and apply pressure, they should be able to eliminate any remnants of the Tampa Bay run game and keep the ball in McCown's hands.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears

The Vikings, heading into their bye, were coming off four consecutive solid performances and have forced interceptions in six of their nine games. With the way Chicago's offense has been playing, this could be the perfect storm. I might have the Vikings too low at 12.
