Teams on bye: Baltimore, Dallas, Jacksonville, New York Jets
Quarterbacks
Start Em
Philip Rivers, SD vs. OAK - The Chargers are coming off a much needed bye week. Prior to going on bye, they lost the last three games. In fact, the last game they won was against the Raiders. Rivers is trying to put his Week 9 performance against the Dolphins behind him. He was held without a touchdown and threw three picks in that game. Despite that poor performance, Rivers has thrown for two or more touchdowns in all but two games this season. This week, he's taking on a team he had much success against earlier in the season. The last time Rivers played against the Raiders, he threw for 313 yards and three touchdowns. He has a good history against the Raiders, and will likely continue that streak in Week 11.
Other Starts
Tom Brady, NE at IND
Matthew Stafford, DET at ARI
Jay Cutler, CHI vs. MIN
Cam Newton, CAR vs. ATL
Sleeper Alert: Robert Griffin III, WAS vs. TB
Sit Em
Kyle Orton, BUF at MIA - With quarterbacks like Tony Romo and Joe Flacco on bye, and the injury to Carson Palmer, some fantasy owners may be looking for a desperate play. My suggestion is to look elsewhere. Orton isn't having that bad of a season. He has thrown for 1,387 yards, 10 touchdowns, and three interceptions in five starts. So I can see where some fantasy owners may consider taking a shot on Orton. However, this is a tough matchup for the veteran quarterback. The Dolphins are allowing the second fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks (11.9). They have yet to allow a 300 yard passer this year. Keep in mind, they have played quarterbacks such as; Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford, Philip Rivers, Jay Cutler, and Tom Brady. That's a pretty solid lineup if you ask me. The only quarterback that has scored over 18 fantasy points against the Dolphins has been Aaron Rodgers. Orton is on the road against a stingy pass defense. You're praying for a big play to Sammy Watkins if you start Orton.
Other Sits
Alex Smith, KC vs. SEA
Josh McCown, TB at WAS
Eli Manning, NYG vs. SF
Andy Dalton, CIN at NO
Bust Alert: Russell Wilson, SEA at KC
Running Backs
Start Em
Mark Ingram, NO vs. CIN - Ingram has now rushed for over 100 yards in three consecutive games. He has gone over the century mark every time he receives over 20 carries. Despite missing three games, Ingram still has six touchdowns this year. This week he faces a very vulnerable run defense. The Bengals are giving up 21.6 fantasy points per game to opposing backs and have allowed the second most rushing touchdowns (11). The Bengals have given up at least one touchdown in all but one game this season. In their last five games, they've surrendered over 90 rushing yards in four of those games. This defense clearly struggles against the run and now is set to face a hot running back. Ingram should have no issue continuing to find success on the ground against the Bengals, and should be active in all formats.
Other Starts
Jeremy Hill, CIN at NO
Alfred Morris, WAS vs. TB
Ahmad Bradshaw, IND vs. NE
Eddie Lacy, GB vs. PHI
Sleeper alert: Jonathan Stewart, CAR vs. ATL

Joique Bell, DET at ARI- Bell hasn't lived up to expectations this season. He's failed to have 100 total yards in a single game. He hasn't caught more than two passes in a game since Week 2, and only has three touchdowns for the season. This week's matchup is not that appealing either. The Cardinals are giving up the second fewest fantasy points to opposing backs. They have yet allowed a 100 yard rusher this season and have only given up five touchdowns. The Lions have split the workload at the running back position between Bell, Reggie Bush, and now Theo Riddick. Bell has received the majority of the touches of the three, but has failed to do much with it. This could be another unimpressive week for him, on the road.
Other Sits
Tre Mason, STL vs. DEN
Fred Jackson, BUF at MIA
Charles Sims, TB at WAS
Darren McFadden, OAK at SD
Bust Alert: Lamar Miller, MIA vs. BUF
Wide Receivers
Start Em
DeSean Jackson, WAS vs. TB - The only consistent piece in the Redskins offense this season has been DeSean Jackson. Despite three starting quarterbacks this season, Jackson has still posted five 100+ yard games. In the last five games, he's gone over the century mark four times and has scored three touchdowns. This week, he faces the most receiver friendly defense in the NFL. The Buccaneers are allowing 28.8 fantasy points per game to opposing receivers and have given up the most receiving touchdowns (14). The have allowed eight touchdowns in the last four games. Jackson and the Redskins are coming off of a bye week, and will be well rested at home against a bad Bucs team. I'm expecting for him to continue his 100+ receiving yards streak this week.
Other Starts
Kelvin Benjamin, CAR vs. ATL
Roddy White, ATL at CAR
Brandin Cooks, NO vs. CIN
Alshon Jeffery, CHI at MIN
Sleeper Alert: Keenan Allen, SD vs. OAK

Doug Baldwin, SEA at KC- After the Seahawks released Percy Harvin, Baldwin became their lead receiver. He started off that role with a seven catch, 123 yards, and one touchdown performance. Since then, he's caught 15 passes for 130 yards and no scores in the last three games. This week Baldwin heads to Kansas City to take on a pretty solid pass defense. The Chiefs are allowing just 18.8 fantasy points to opposing receivers. They have done a good job keeping receivers out of the end zone, as they haven't more than one touchdown in any game to them. The Seahawks are a run first team, and will likely keep the ball on the ground this week again.

Marques Colston, NO vs. CIN
Andre Johnson, HOU at CLE
