The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I take a look at Wednesday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Monday:

Wednesday's Streamers
Dillon Gee vs Braves
Gee is owned in 12.3% of ESPN leagues and faces the Braves on Wednesday afternoon. Gee will be looking to continue his trend of quality starts ( for me a quality start is 7 or more innings pitched allowing two or fewer runs), which he has accomplished in seven of his last ten starts.
Eric Stults vs Giants
Stults is owned in just 7% of ESPN leagues, yet has pitched well this season, owning a 3.81 ERA and a 1.26 WHIP to go with his 8 wins. In 13 home starts this season, Stults is 5-3 with a 2.63 ERA.
Roy Halladay vs Nationals
Yeah, Halladay is owned in less than 50% of ESPN leagues, so I have to recommend him, right? Halladay faces a Nationals team that has struggled to score runs this season.
