The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I take a look at Tuesday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Sunday (note: Jorge De La Rosa pitched on Friday night):

Tuesday's Streamers
Jhoulys Chacin vs Dodgers
Chacin is owned in 39.3% of ESPN leagues and faces off against the surging Dodgers offense on Tuesday night. Chacin has been terrific all season, winning 13 games with a 3.08 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP in 26 starts this season. In 15 starts at home this season, Chacin owns a 3.71 ERA, which considering he calls Coors Field home, that is pretty impressive.
Martin Perez vs A's
Perez is owned in 34.8% of ESPN leagues and faces off on the road vs the A's on Tuesday night. Perez has pitched great of late, winning each of his last five starts and going at least six innings in each of those starts.
Ubaldo Jimenez vs Orioles
Jimenez is owned in 18.9% of ESPN leagues and judging by his season stats, his low ownership percentage makes sense. But lately, JImenez has pitched very well, as he has given up 3 runs or less in nine of his last ten starts.
