Norm Hall

The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.

Before I take a look at Tuesday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Sunday:

Tuesday's Streamers

Nathan Eovaldi at Nationals

Eovaldi is owned in less than 1% of ESPN leagues, but faces a Nationals lineup that ranks 20th in runs scored this season. Eovaldi is coming off a solid outing vs the Dodgers last week, where he gave up two runs on six hits over seven innings.

Jon Niese vs Phillies

Niese is owned in 38.4% of ESPN leagues and has pitched well of late, giving up just one earned run in each of his last two starts, striking out 18 while walking just four. Niese owns a 5-6 record in 14 career starts vs the Phillies with a 3.45 ERA and 1.29 WHIP.

Jose Quintana vs Astros

Quintana is owned in 13.1% of ESPN leagues and faces the young Astros lineup on Tuesday. Quintana is 7-4 with a 3.67 ERA and 1.22 WHIP this season, and has given up three runs or less in nine of his last ten starts.

Joe Kelly vs Reds

Kelly is owned in 16.9% of ESPN leagues and faces his division rival Reds on Tuesday night at home. Kelly has been a surprise this season, going 5-3 with a 3.01 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP in 9 starts. For some reason he owns a better road ERA (2.09) than home ERA (3.98), but has a 2.20 ERA in August, so ride him while he's pitching well.
