The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I take a look at Monday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Saturday:

Monday's Streamers
Jeremy Guthrie vs Rays
The Rays are coming off a big series vs the Yankees, so I see sort of a letdown from them on Monday vs Guthrie and the Royals. Guthrie is owned in 18.5% of ESPN leagues, and is looking to bounce back from three sub-par outings in a row where he gave up 4 runs or more in each of those starts.
Jarred Cosart vs White Sox
Cosart is owned in less than 5% of ESPN leagues and I am not sure why. He has pitched well in his first taste of the majors with a 1.60 ERA and 1.18 WHIP. He has given up three runs or less in all seven of his starts this season.
