The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I get into Monday's streamers, let's take a look at how my picks fared on Saturday:

Monday's Streamers
Bronson Arroyo vs Diamondbacks
Arroyo is owned in 43.5% of ESPN leagues and is now coming off of two excellent starts in a row. Arroyo shut out the Cubs over 7 innings in his last start, and limited the Padres to just one run in the start before last. He owns a 3.07 ERA at home in 14 starts this season.
Andrew Cashner vs Pirates
Cashner is owned in 6% of ESPN leagues and gets to face a Pirates lineup that ranks 23rd in MLB runs scored this season. Cashner has been solid, yet unspectacular, this season, as he is 8-7 with a 3.87 ERA, a 1.27 WHIP and a 90-40 strikeout to walk rate in 20 starts this season.
I thought about Danny Salazar here, but he lasted just four innings in his last start vs the Twins and faces the Angels on Monday night, who are in the top 10 in runs scored in 2013.
