The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I get to the streaming options for Wednesday's games, here is how my streaming selections performed on Monday:

Wednesday's Pitching Streamers
Rick Porcello vs White Sox
Porcello is owned in 6.5% of ESPN leagues and faces a struggling White Sox team that ranks 29th in runs scored this season. Porcello is a much better pitcher at night than during the day, owning a 3.27 ERA at night vs a 6.20 ERA during the day.
Zack Wheeler vs Giants
Wheeler is owned in 35% of ESPN leagues and faces the Giants who ranked 29th in runs scored in June and rank dead last in July. They have scored a total of 100 runs over their last 33 games.
Tyler Skaggs vs Dodgers
He is owned in less than 2% of ESPN leagues and faces division rival Dodgers at home on Wednesday night. Skaggs dominated the Rockies in his last start, striking out 11 in eight shutout innings.
