Today, I continue my early 2014 position rankings, and I give you my early take on fantasy outfielders ranked 31 - 60 for 2014. I will not offer much in comments here, as I will save them for our 2014 Consensus Position Rankings that will publish beginning in January.
To date, I have published my early catcher, first base, second base, shortstop and third base rankings, and you can find them in the links below, in addition to my early top 50 hitters and top 25 starting pitchers:

Billy Hamilton, CIN
Right now, Billy Hamilton will be ranked as an outfielder, but there are whispers that if the Reds trade second baseman Brandon Phillips, Hamilton could move to second base. I ranked Hamilton at #39 in my rankings here, based just on his speed. I am stating the obvious, but if he can get on base at a .330 clip, he will win the stolen base category for his owners. But, can he get on base enough to play every day, or is he the next Dee Gordon?
I wrote this piece about the chance that Hamilton steals 100 bases in 2014.
Josh Hamilton, LAA
Hamilton was just awful in 2013, hitting just .250-.307-.432 with 21 HRs, 73 runs and 79 RBI in 151 games, the second highest of his career. He can't be this bad, can he? I think he can turn things around in 2014, and he should provide plenty of value for his owners as well.
Curtis Granderson ,FA
Granderson is a free agent this offseason and if he doesn't re-sign with the Yankees, I think we will see him drop in fantasy drafts, but he should still be able to provide 25-30 home runs for his fantasy owners in 2014. Unless his swing changes with his new team, the power should be there, but with a low batting average. Like Hamilton, he should provide solid value to his owners looking for a later round power hitter.
George Springer, HOU
It appears the Astros will wait as long as possible to bring up Springer in 2014, but he has shown he is ready after his tremendous 2013 season in AA and AAA. Springer actually improved his walk rate and strikeout rate after moving up to AAA. I can see why they want to wait, so it is very possible we don't see Springer until May or June, but he is capable of a 20 home run, 20 stolen base season should the Astros give him the starting center field job out of spring training.
Adam Eaton, ARI
Don't sleep on Eaton in your 2014 fantasy drafts, as I recall he was the preseason favorite to win the National League rookie of the year award. He will be healthy to start the 2014 season, and should lead off for the Diamondbacks, so he could score 90 runs and steal 20-30 bases if he plays every day.
