Join the First Ever Fake Teams Fantasy Baseball Head-to-Head Points League

Hey there Fake Teams readers!

Hopefully all of you head-to-head points league junkies have found the points-specific rankings to be helpful over these past couple of weeks. If you haven’t had a chance to read them, here is a link to all the position rankings for 2012:

2012 Fantasy Baseball H2H Points League Position Rankings Recap

And, check back next week as the rankings for starting and relief pitchers will begin this coming Monday with the Top 25 SP kicking them off.

The points league coverage won’t stop when the season starts as we intend to have weekly posts on waiver wire pickups, two-start pitchers and articles focused solely on giving you information and advice to help you win your H2H league championship.

But, we don’t want to stop there either.

Wait? There’s more? Yes sir. In fact, we want you to join in on the fun with the first ever Fake Teams Readers H2H Points League

Interested? Learn more after the jump:

Come one, come all!

First-timer or long-timer, it doesn’t matter. Whether you’re new to the scoring format or a well-versed veteran looking to strut your stuff, we encourage you to join and see if you have what it takes to be the Fake Teams H2H Points League Champion.

The league will consist of 12 teams, be hosted on Yahoo! and hopefully feature the same scoring format that’s been the basis of the player rankings to this point (pending what customization Yahoo! allows). Lineups will be weekly with 1 C, 1 1B, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 SS, 3 OF, 1 UTL, 7 P and 7 Bench.

If you’re interested in joining, please include your email address in the comments below.

The first 10 readers to do so will have the opportunity to join and go toe-to-toe with Ray and myself in the inaugural season.

Once Yahoo! opens its 2012 leagues, an invite will be emailed to the interested readers and hopefully a manageable draft date for all teams will be determined from there.

So. What do you say? Do you have what it takes?
