Capps blew his 7th save of the season last night and the writing was on the wall. He came in to preserve a one run lead in the 9th inning and proceeded to give up a game-winning 2 run homer to Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer

Capps is 2-5 with 15 saves, and 7 blown saves, but owns a 4.76 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP. Capps was terrific last season for the Twins, saving 16 game with only 2 blown saves.

Nathan has been pitching in middle relief since returning from the DL at the end of June, and has pitched well. He has given up just one earned run with a 7-0 K/BB rate in his last 8 appearances, covering 7.1 innings or work.

Nathan is 1-1 with 3 saves, 3 blown saves, a 5.56 ERA and 1.28 WHIP with a 22-9 K/BB rate in 22+ innings. Those who are looking for saves should run to pick up Nathan should he be available in your league.
