Fantasy Baseball 2011: Hitting The Fantasy Links

Here are the fantasy links of interest for your Tuesday morning:

Ray Flowers of SiriusXM radio and Baseball Guys offers some his thoughts Diamondbacks utility guy Willie Bloomquist and he gives him the thumbs down.

Eno Sarris from RotoHardball takes a look at Zach Britton and the fantasy value of groundball pitchers in general. Groundball pitchers who can strikeout hitters are very valuable in real, and fantasy, baseball.

Rotohardball's Zach Sanders says fantasy owners should keep their eyes on Rockies starter Esmil Rogers, saying he is just as good as teammate Jhoulys Chacin but doesn't get the hype.

BJ Maack from Rotohardball discusses some Injury Updates including Ryan Zimmerman, Chase Utley, Hanley Ramirez among others.

More fantasy links of interest after the jump:

John Sickels discusses several prospects in his Monday Afternoon Baseball Notes, including Paul Goldschmidt, Jesus Montero and a few others.

John Scikels highlights his Prospect of the Day-Zach britonn over at Baseball Nation and Minor League Ball. He says there is a chance that Britton is sent back to AAA when Brian Matusz returns from the DL, but says he can be an effective starter who could thrive this year. I agree.

Grey over at Razzball tells fantasy owners that you have to use our number one waiver wire move, even this early in the season.

Eno Sarris over at Fangraphs writes that Mike Morse and Allen Craig can be useful as spot starters, but Craig is the Lance Berkman injury replacement for the eventual injury down the road.

Paul Sporer at Baseball by Paul lists s couple spot starters you should get in your lineup this week. He is also going to have some video of a few of the Royals top prospects at some point, as he is attending the Omaha-Round AAA series this week.
