MLB Trade Rumors: Yankees Starter Andy Pettitte to Retire

Yes, Andy Pettite will announce his retirement tomorrow. So, the Yankees will have to rely on CC Sabathia, AJ Burnett, Phil Hughes and the likes of Sergio Mitre, Bartolo Colon, Freddy Garcia, Ivan Nova and Andrew Brackman to fill out the 4th and 5th spots in their rotation.

Potential trade partners with excess starting pitchers just saw their leverage in any trade talks with the Yankees increase dramatically.
