Defenses to start: Detroit Lions - Detroit's defense took advantage of Dallas turnovers last week and should be able to do the same to Jay Cutler and Chicago. Detroit will be rocking on Monday night.
Green Bay Packers - Their defense played very well against Atlanta in the playoffs the last time they met. I think their defense will play their best game of the season in this one.
New York Giants - They're facing Seattle. That's all I have to say.
Defenses to avoid: Carolina Panthers, Oakland Raiders and Atlanta Falcons - These three defenses are going up against high powered offenses. It would be smart to look elsewhere this week.
