Defenses to start: New Orleans Saints - The Saints play Jacksonville and their rookie quarterback. They will have lots of opportunities for turnovers and should hold the Jaguars down.
Washington Redskins - They play St. Louis in Week 4. St. Louis has really been struggling to put points on the board and I can see that continuing this week.
Atlanta Falcons - Atlanta is next to get this weak Seattle offense. The Falcons should be hungry coming off a loss.
Defenses to avoid: Jacksonville Jaguars, Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders - These defenses are in big trouble as they face the top offenses of New Orleans, Green Bay and New England respectively. Stay far away.
