There was some good banter going back and forth in the comments section of Jason's column on Monday morning where he provided his preliminary 2B rankings for 2011, so I figured it would be a good time to see which second baseman Fake Teamers would rather draft in 2011 drafts-Robinson Cano or Chase Utley.

Here are their stats via Fangraphs:

Cano- 28 HRs, 102 RBIs, 99 runs scored, 2 SBs, .323-.384-.544, 579 ABs

Utley- 15 HRs, 58 RBIs, 68 runs scored, 10 SBs, .276-.388-.452, 377 ABs

We really can't compare their stats for 2010 as Utley has missed significant time due to injury, but in 200 less at bats, Utley has held his own. Both hit in very good lineups, and play in hitter-friendly ballparks. Assuming both are healthy in 2011, who would you rather draft in 2011?
