After Tuesday night dominating debut performance by Stephen Strasburg, I am wondering who you would rather have in your fantasy lineup going forward-Strasburg or Roy Halladay?
Halladay is 8-3 with an ERA of 2.03 and a WHIP of 1.03. Currently, his LOB% is at 77.6% vs a career LOB% of 72.5%. His BABIP is .302 vs a career rate of .299. His GB% is at 53.4% vs a career GB% of 56.0%. His HR/FB% is a low 4.3%, which is not sustainable in my opinion, vs his career rate of 10.0%. Plus, he pitches for one of the best teams in baseball.
Strasburg has only one start in the majors, we know that. In 11 starts in the minors this year, Strasburg was 7-2, with an ERA of 1.30 and a WHIP of 0.795. He struck out 65 and walked 13 in 55.1 innings.
So, who would you rather have in one year, non-keeper leagues?
