Here is Thursday’s group of minor league players. Their statistics shown are for April 29 through May 5. Another quick update. See the stats after the jump.
A couple of quick notes on this groups’ performance this week:
- Fernando Martinez came back from missing a few games with a sore back and hit a HR in his first return game. Needs to stay healthy.
- Lars Anderson play all this week at AAA after being promoted. He is having a nice bounce back year after 2009’s downer.
- Jason Donald continues to hit well down on the farm for
Cleveland - Mike Minor struck out 11 batters in his last start but allowed 3 BB in 5 IP and gave up 4 ER. Needs more consistency.
- Matt Moore was 0-2 this week but K’d 17 batters in 11 IP. He now has 40 K’s in 26 IP but has also walked 19 thus far. Cut down on the walks and he will move quickly in the
Tampa Bay - Alex White pitched well and now has 25 K in 25 IP.
