There are alot of pitchers up and down this list, including 4 of the top 5, 6 of the top 10 and 14 of the top 25, and pitchers are the riskiest prospects for the most part. Does that say something about the quality of the hitters left in the minors, or are these pitchers that good?
I know Braves fans will be upset to see 5 pitchers ahead of Julio Teheran on this list, and I am surprised Martin Perez is ranked higher in this list. PP's ranking of Taillon definitely caught my eye, and I am sure they have scouted him plenty of times, before ranking him ahead of Chapman.
