John Sickels posted his Top 20 New York Yankee prospects for 2011 over at Minor League Ball on Wednesday, and the list is loaded with pitching and catching prospects. Here is what he had to say about pitching prospect Dellin Betances:
3) Dellin Betances, RHP, Grade B+: Want to see a full year in the high minors but his recovery was very impressive.
He really likes the Yankees pitching prospects as he goes on to add:
The pitching is quite rich; I count eight guys with the ability to hold rotation spots at the major league level, including a couple of potential anchors, and there are more arms behind them.
