Before I get into John's Top 20 Cleveland Indian prospects for 2011, I want to thank everyone who participated in Tuesday nights fantasy baseball chat. I was pleasantly surprised with the turnout, and hope to do these every other week going forward.

John posted his Top 20 Cleveland Indian prospects for 2011 yesterday and here is what he had to say about their #1 prospect, third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall:

1) Lonnie Chisenhall, 3B, Grade B+: I think he will be a solid regular, but not a superstar.

Chisenhall hit .278-.351-.450 with 17 HRs and 84 RBIs at AA Akron in 2010. He had a decent K/BB rate of 77-46 last year. Here is what Baseball Prospectus' Kevin Goldstein wrote about him yesterday in his Top 11 Indians list:

Fantasy Impact: He'll have a solid batting average with 20-25 home runs per year.

Chisenhall will most like see a bit of action in Cleveland in 2011, and be a regular in 2012, so he should be picked up in keeper leagues if he is still available.

Head on over to Minor League Ball to check out the rest of John's Top 20 Indians Prospects.
