I plan on waiting till the end of the season to post the second half leaders at each position in the NL. These lists will be used to see which players may be ready to move up in rankings for 2010. With that said, today I bring you my NL Top 15 outfielders for 2010.

Matt Kemp-he's my number 1 pick in NL drafts for 2010. Yeah, man-crush, and a Dodger.
Justin Upton-J-Up, he could be my number 2 outfielder by March 2010.
Andre Ethier-another Dodger. He has more XBH's than any other NL outfielder in 2009.
Matt Holliday-he could drop off this list should he sign with an AL team in the offseason.
Andrew McCutchen-he has impressed in his first major league season. He could go 20-40 in 2010 and could move into the top 5 real quick.
Michael Bourn-is this the real Michael Bourn, or will he revert to the Bourn from 2008? 60 steals is 60 steals.
Carlos Beltran-will he run in 2010? And will his power continue to drop like it has over the past 3-4 years? At Citifield?
Manny Ramirez/Alfonso Soriano-both disappointed roto owners in 2009. Can they bounce back in 2010?
Nyjer Morgan-Didn't make the list, but just barely. I want to see him duplicate his 2009 season before I put him in the top 15-20.
