Yesterday, I posted my top 10 starting pitchers. Today, I post my top 13 NL first baseman. I think first base will be a very deep position in 2010 in NL-only leagues. Here are my top 13 NL only first baseman for 2010 (with their 2009 stats through 9/16/2009):

I included doubles for one guy-Giants cornerman Pablo Sandoval. I want to see if he can turn some of his 40+ doubles into HRs in 2010. I remember wondering the same thing about Andre Ethier coming into the 2009 season, and he just hit his 30th HR a few nights ago. I think Pablo can do the same in 2010.
I included Diamondbacks 3B Mark Reynolds at 1B as he will be eligible there in 2010 drafts after playing 28 games at 1B to date. In addition, we are not sure if Brandon Allen is ready for the major leagues in 2010.
The Reds Joey Votto has been a slight disappointment for me in 2009, as I expected a little more power and RBI from him, although he did sit out for about a month suffering from depression. I think he remains a top option at 1B in 2010.
I think up to 9 first baseman (Pujols, Reynolds, Fielder, Howard, Votto, Lee, Sandoval, Dunn, and AGonz) could be drafted in the first 3 rounds of NL-only drafts in 2010, and all will have $30+ roto auction values in 4x4 leagues. Well, I know they would go for $30+ in the UBA 4x4 league if they were all available in the auction.
