My final round of preseason QB rankings. There's more failure here than success, although there's bound to be a diamond in the rough somewhere. Want to complain about who I left off? Fire away!

Jake Delhomme |
CAR |
Teams spent all summer figuring out ways to stop DeAngelo Williams. They'll at least slow him down, so Delhomme will have to throw the ball a little more often. |

Sage Rosenfels/Brett Favre |
MIN |
Assuming Favre doesn't come back, Rosenfels has the chance to shine. It won't be easy though so he's high risk, high reward. If Favre does come back, he's still not a Top 20 fantasy QB. |
23 |
Jason Campbell |
WAS |
This is probably the last year Campbell has to prove he's up to the job. If his two second-year WRs don't step up, he's not worth even this ranking. |
24 |
David Garrard |
JAX |
Torry Holt will help, but not enough. This is going to be Maurice Jones-Drew's team. |
25 |
Matt Stafford |
DET |
Actually has some weapons to work with and a solid RB in Kevin Smith. He's likely to move up the rankings this summer. |
26 |
Joe Flacco |
BAL |
Good enough to win games, but the Ravens just don't throw the ball enough for fantasy owners. |
27 |
Kerry Collins |
TEN |
He won't throw any more than he needs to, which isn't much. It will be more than last year, though that doesn't say much. |
28 |
Brady Quinn |
CLE |
He's the future of the Browns but he's not all that good right now. Two rookie WRs matched up with a "rookie" QB isn't the way to go. |
29 |
Marc Bulger |
STL |
Torry Holt is gone and it's only a matter of time before Bulger is injured again. In fact, he may have gotten injured while you were reading this sentence. |

Mark Sanchez |
NYJ |
Has nobody to throw to and a powerful rushing game. And he's a rookie. Guess how that's going to work out? |
