Who To Start? WR Jerricho Cotchery Or WR Eddie Royal

Rookie WR Eddie Royal has ridden the Denver Broncos passing game into fantasy prominence. With 14 catches, 2 TDs and a 2-pt conversion in two weeks, he looks like a legitmate Flex option in PPR formats. This week he is facing a poor New Orleans' Saints pass defense a week after his teammate Brandon Marshall exploded for 18 receptions. There is a chance the Saints roll extra coverage towards marshall and leave Royal as the beneficiary.

WR Jerricho Cotchery looked like one fo the top breakout WRs of 2008 after his team acquired Brett Favre. Cotchery had 80+ receptions in consecutive seasons without a passer who threw the deep ball. Favre's presence produced projections of 1,300 yards and 8-10 TDs. After 3 receptions in Week One and just a single caught ball last week, some of the glamor has faded. However, he faces a so-far awful San Diego pass defense on Monday Night
