What Is J.J. Hardy's Value?

Last night, Milwaukee Brewers' SS J.J. Hardy hit his 24th HR of the season. Amongst all SSs, he ranks second in HRs. With the drop in power across the middle infield, the question is when do you draft Hardy in 2009 fantasy baseball drafts.

Last year, Hardy, Jhonny Peralta and Stephen Drew, were the choices of drafters who skipped on the elite SSs. That doesn't look like it will be the case next year.

Take a look at the efforts by this year's SSs and ask yourself where you'd take J.J. Hardy. (Never mind a SS-eligible Brandon Wood).
