Jason Grey of ESPN.com has a fantasy article available to Insiders. In it, he gives five tips for winning this year. Because it is behind the subscriber wall, I'll just give the five without his attendent explanations/reasons why they work.
Most of these do not break major ground for the most experienced fantasy players, but, then again, assuming others have the same experience as I do and not mentioning all of them would be a mistake. Is there a sixth? If you have Insider access, did Mr. Grey miss a key point in one of the tips?
Jason Grey's Five Tips in the Second Half:

2. Patience
3. Category management
4. Dump trading
5. Trading to have competition lose points
