Baltimore - Backup RBs Musa Smith and Mike Anderson get their pink slips, but that's it. Nothing else significant in or out.
Cincinnati - They lost DB Madieu Williams to free agency, but to make up for it they... resigned LB Dhani Jones and P Kyle Larson. That can't be right. Nope, that's it. Hmmm.
Cleveland - The Browns have focused on keeping what they have, signing QB Derek Anderson and RB Jamal Lewis to new contracts. They signed DT Shaun Rogers to a contract after a previous deal with the Bengals fell through and picked up WR Donte' Stallworth. Cleveland will be Stallworth's fourth team in four seasons, which is a bad sign.
Pittsburgh - The Steelers signed RB Mewelde Moore to replace released RB Verron Haynes and moved on to quarterbacks. Ben Roethlisberger signed an eight-year contract extension. The Steelers then released QB Brian St. Pierre - who has amazingly been in the league for five years - and signed college hero QB Jared Zabransky as the new backup. By the way, there hasn't been a starting NFL QB with a last name starting with "Z" since Eric Zeier started for the 1998 Buccaneers. There's some trivia for you.
