Here are the final two groups of starting pitchers. They consist mainly of those pitchers who should be available in the final rounds of snake mixed leagues and AL- and NL-Only auction drafts. A lot of these are workhorse pitchers on decent teams but do not possess the ratios to raise them into higher tiers. Some don't possess the strikeout ability to rise above this level either. And some are rookies who haven't proven a thing yet.
That said, there are some decent sleepers in this bunch. For me, Tampa Bays' Andy Sonnastine and the Yankees Ian Kennedy standout amongst the AL pitchers. In the NL, I like Wandy Rodriguez of the Astros and Manny Parra of the Brewers. Despite my professed affection, I still do not see myself going above $7 for any of them; hence, they reside in the lowest tier.
More interesting, maybe, is whether Rich Hardin has been misplaced?
