2009 Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Time To Disagree

Bring it on!

18. Chipper Jones, 3B, Atlanta Braves: What is a better valuation system - actual performance or perception?

19.. Brandon Webb, SP, Arizona Diamondbacks: Strikeout more than 175 per season and win 16+ games in each of the past three seasons , and you too can be a Top 20 fantasy player.

20. Johnny Damon, OF, New York Yankees: See Chipper Jones. Man, this one is going to be the one that gets someone to crap all over this effort.

21. Ian Kinsler, 2B, Texas Rangers: The lack of RBIs hurts Kinsler, but I expect the lack of middle infield production in fantasy baseball plus his 20+ SBs puts Kinsler 5-10 spots higher.

22. Miguel Cabrera, 1B, Detroit Tigers: A catcher-like lack of speed brings the Tigers' $153MM man 10-12 spots lower than his ADP will be. Surprisingly, Cabrera hasn't scored more than 91 runs in either of the past two years.
