Week Three Fantasy Football WR Decisions

This week's WR starts are confounded by the injury to Texans' WR Andre Johnson. Normally, I'd start him and Tory Holt every week regardless of match-ups, but, with him out, I am forced to make decisions that will leave me unsatisfied.

KC Joyner's Advantage scores this week do not give much help. Are the five receptions Titans' WR Brandon Jones had last week a sign that he is ready to step-up as a potential WR3 and not reflected in his match-up score? Do I have other options given the choices open to me?

There is a new player added this week - Falcons WR Roddy White. With nine receptions in the first two weeks, there are hints he may become the #1 WR in Atltanta. That does not say much, but reports this week had White saying he is getting much more comfortable because he is getting a lot of balls thrown to him in practice. What was happening before?!?!

Plus, the signing of Byron Leftwich has got me thinking White may be a "breakout" 70+ reception receiver this season. That may not be top WR status, but it is valuable as we head into the Bye Weeks portion of the 2007 season. And what's the worst that happens? I cut him for some other gamble?
