Fellow rookies Troy Tulowitzki and Chris Iannetta homered in last night's loss to the Houston Astros, but both are worth noting.  Tulowitzki's day took his June OPS to 850.  In the month, TT has hit 6 HRs and stole 3 bases.

Iannetta's day was not as impressive nor is his June OPS of 758, but his is a catcher who may garner more ABs due to his reduced workload so far and perform as expected over the second half of the season.  He will do this is relative anomynity as his disappointing 1st half has set the perception of his ability in 2007.

Keeping with players who may have been written off following slow starts to their 2007 season, Whie Sox 1B Paul Konerko homered twice in his team's 5-1 victory over the Devil Rays.  Konerko has a June OPS of 1.018 with 7 HRs.  His slash stats also lend nicely to all formats - 314/413/605.
