Pool Depth

While listening to BP's Joel Sheehan and Rotowire's Jeff Erickson lament to lack of depth in their AL Tout Wars league, I was reminded of the decision major league teams have made to carry not 11, not 12, but 13 pitchers.  (See Baltimore Orioles).

The fantasy ramifications of such a decision should become crystal clear to all AL- and NL-only leagues.  There are many fewer players in the free agent pool post-draft.

How to plan in such a scenario has been unexplored.  Keeping 12 and 13 pitchers is new terrotiory so we don't know how managers will react.
