This is the final listing of pitcher rankings. Whether I decide to go back and revise all the other lists to reflect the most recent developments is unlikely. What I hope is everyone now has a base of knowledge that allows them to do those adjustments themselves.
There are some good players in this list, but I'd be surprised to see many of them chosen in anything but the deepests AL- or NL-only leagues. One player to watch is Phillies reliever Geoff Geary. If Ryan Madson can't handle pressure relief innings, then Geary will get them by default. And that is just a step from filling in for Tom Gordon.
