With 45 rushing yards on 11 carries, Vikings' RB Adrian Peterson did not produce the way many expected him to do following last week's record-setting effort. That is secondary, though, to the injury status of his knee.
He was hit low in the 3rd quarter and did not return. An MRI is scheduled for Monday. Until then, the football world will wait with bated breath for the status of what could be a historical rookie season.

Tennessee Titan's RB LenDale White also hurt his knee in the 3rd quarter and did not return as his team had to throw to try to come back from a 21-3 deficit. He has the toe issue coming into the game and now a knee one. Whether rookie RB Chris Henry delays an appeal of his four-game suspension or not, RB Chris Brown becomes a legitmate pick-up in the event White can't go next week.
