The Mariners have a very good fantasy offense with a good mixture of high-profile names and under-the-radar ones (Raul Ibanez). Their bullpen consists of JJ Putz, and nothing else. Mark Lowe was one of my late-2006 2007 sleepers, but he is not expected to be ready until early summer.
The Rangers are similary stocked with quality fantasy hitters. If new manager Ron Washignton institutes any semblance of a running game, many of these Rangers should break out with unusually high SB totals relative to their totals from the past couple seasons. The starting pitching should be decent through the top three, but none will be worth much more than low double digit salaries, and that value will be reliant upon higher Win totals. I included two mddle relievers in the event Eric Gagne isn't healthy and something happens to Otsuka.
