Chicago Defense

The Bears took the league by storm last season by winning 12 games and scoring enough points to win none.

Not exactly, but it felt that way.

What makes the team noteworthy is that its defense will get it drafted - likely in the 6th or 7th round.

What makes me cringe is the Bears played a last place schedule last season in a weak division.  his year it is a first place one.

This year they have the pleasure of trying to out-score opponents like the Seahwaks, Dolphins, Giants, Patriots and Buccaneers.

This doesn't include four games versus the expected-to-be-improved (by me) Vikings and Lions.

I see struggles in the Windy City and that doesn't even touch on the internal strife signaled by the Thomas Jones/Cedric Benson kerfuffle.
