In fairness to Matt Garza, I felt I must critique fellow pitching stud Jason Hirsh's 2nd start of the season.
Like their first ones, Hirsh's was slightly better in a relative sense. He threw more innings (5.1 vs 5) and gave-up fewer hits (3 vs 5) and pitched to a better line-up (the Brew Crew is better than the Tribe this year.)
He did walk four batters while Garza walked only two.
No matter how anyone cuts this debate, neither pitcher helped their fantasy team owners.
If both extend their improvement in their next start, then that conclusion will change.
