The Marlins and Nationals are scoring runs by the bunches again.
It is 7-7 in the 8th.
What I find interesting is the Fish used Logan Kensing in the 6th and Taylor Tankersley in the 7th.
I thought Kensing had the 8th inning role.
Has something changed or is this just a one game thing due to something unknowable in Girardi's brain?
Is Randy Messenger now the 8th inning guy, and, by extension, the new back-up closer?
I know the Fish are doing better than expected, but that should not stop them from trading Joe Borowski to a contender.
Heck, his success so far means the Fish could be seeing a legitimate prospect in return.
