After disclosing that I am an over-educated father who spends too much time thinking about a trade for middle relievers, I also hit the sack with some fantasy thought or another on my mind.
Before I sign-off, I'm currently thinking about the intentional walk Jarrod Washburn issued to Jason Giambi in the 7th inning with one out and men on 2nd and 3rd, and then a pitching change was made!
Some poor Washburn owner's WHIP just took a meaningless hit!
My next thought was, "Oh. ARod is up next."
In terms of strategy, I am thinking about whether it is too early to begin making trades solely to hurt other teams categories at the cost of one's own i.e trading SBs to another team to keep that team ahead of your competitors regardless of whether or not you still need SB.
I think it is because there is too much time left for other teams to adjust to that trade.
However, as the trading deadline in a league apporaches, this becomes a very viable strate...............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
